Introduction: Enhancing Diversity
at the Workplace Through the Arts
In today’s
progressive work environment the challenge of promoting diversity is becoming more and
more acute. Not only do we work in a
multicultural environment locally, but we also interact with customers from around the
world on a daily basis. Many progressive
companies are avid promoters of diversity, and are seeking new and unique ways to expand
their current program.
It
is with this need in mind that we developed a very unique corporate art exhibitions
program:
 1. Exhibitions are specially designed for
corporations to host at their own facilities, such as lobbies and cafeterias.
2. Employees and visitors are able to freely view
exhibits, which open a window to the lives and ideas of people from different cultures.
3. Exhibition themes include Mexican-American,
African-American and Asian contemporary art, among others.
